Euro-China  FIRE collaboration workshop Euro-China FIRE collaboration workshop

The Euro-China FIRE Collaboration Workshop will be organized in Beijing, China, on April 8, 2011, by MyFIRE Consortium and its China partner BII Group, supported by CNGI (China's Next Generation Internet) Committee.

On April 7-8, the Global IPv6 Summit will be organized by BII Group. On this China's largest-scale IPv6 theme event, top experts and officials from China and worldwide will together share their visionary insights on the future development of internet.

MyFIRE project will join to the event and organize a workshop on April 8. The main objective of the workshop is to identify possible relationships which could be established between the EU FIRE community and China future internet research communities, with a focus on the testbed.

To reach this objective, many conferences will take place all the day. In addition round table and panel discussion will be organized to favor cross-exchanges between Chinese and European researchers and providers of facilities, to build international future internet network and create relationship opportunities.
